- A customer service representative will take the information on your donation. Please have your title in hand. If using the Cars Helping Charities web site, follow the site directions.
- Specify that your charity of choice is The Horse Protection League.
- You will receive a receipt for your donation. According to the new IRS tax rules, Cars Helping Charities will now certify to you what the vehicle actually sold for, verifying your tax deductible amount.
